September 1, 2026 — The Dos Santos Lab has officially launched
We are excited to announce that the Dos Santos Lab officially began operations on September 1, 2026, at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Our laboratory studies how evolution shapes skeletal muscle performance and how hibernating mammals preserve muscle during prolonged inactivity. We look forward to building our research program and welcoming new team members.
